  • OCTOBER 2022:
Medical Mission and Tour to Ghana and Benin which was scheduled for June 2020, which was postponed due to COVID-19 has been rescheduled for October 2022. The goal of this mission is to support the upgrading of the Comfort Clinic in Nkonya to a full fledged hospital. Participants in this event will not only get first hand experience in the health challenges facing people in Ghana as they visit other hospitals and clinics in different parts of the country, and they will also experience many of the cultural and tour sites in both Ghana and Benin.

In 2007 Rebuild Africa conducted its first medical mission to Nkonya Ghana. Following is an account of that experience written by one of the doctors on site.

In April 23, 2011 Dr. Edward Kunzs, whose mother is from Nkonya, built and turned over a hospital facility, which they called The Comfort Clinic.
